These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jensi with respect to the use of the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
